With over 15 years of experience, my career has been defined by a single mission: making complex HR systems work seamlessly for the people who use them. I am a Techno-Functional HRIS Analyst—a bridge between the technical logic of databases and the human needs of a global workforce.
My journey began in the technical trenches of Lexmark R&D, where I mastered PeopleSoft and SQL. It was there I learned that "data integrity" isn't just about numbers; it's about the trust employees place in their organization. This period was marked by a "Make it Happen" award, a philosophy I still carry today.
Later, my time in Dubai with Ocyana Perfumes expanded my horizons into operational leadership and business expansion, teaching me how to scale processes in a fast-paced, international environment. This led me back to my core passion: HRIS pioneering at GHD, where I led global roll-outs for Oracle Fusion and Recruiting Cloud.
