As a key member of the pioneering teams at GHD, I focused on launching and configuring HRIS systems to support a global workforce.

  • Core Systems: Led technical support and system upgrades for Oracle Fusion (GPS Fusion) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • Key Contributions:
    • Pioneered the Global GPS Fusion User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and organization-wide roll-out.
    • Managed the custom integration between GPS Taleo and Fusion.
    • Developed and maintained onboarding Journey tasks, translations, and pre-screening requisition logic.
  • Process Excellence: Facilitated training and coaching for team leaders on new system features and functionalities.
